Eduardo Souto de Moura receives the Gold Medal of the BBAA Circle

The Círculo de Bellas Artes of Madrid has decided to award the Gold Medal to the Portuguese Pritzker Prize winner Eduardo Souto de Moura.
From this prestigious institution they want to recognize, on behalf of the world of culture and the arts, an entire career dedicated to architecture and a work that reaches the dimension of poetry based on the acceptance of the technical demands of construction.
This recognition is added to a long list of awards such as the already named Pritzker, which he received in 2011, or the Wolf Prize for the Arts that was awarded to him in 2013. All of his work has been published by the most prestigious publishing media, such as El Croquis, Arquitectura Viva or TC Cuadernos.
