Led by Lucía Ferrater and Núria Ayala, partners of the renowned OAB · Ferrater studio, founded by Carlos Ferrater, and in an unbeatable environment such as the COAC assembly hall in Barcelona, MArch students have had the privilege of enjoying of a presentation in which both presented some of the most relevant housing projects in Barcelona carried out by the studio over a period of 20 years.
Starting the tour from his studio on Balmes Street, the projects on display include the Mandarin Oriental Residences and the Casa SEAT building, the project of twelve homes on Fernando Poo Street, the residential building on 312 Cartagena Street, or those from Nàpols, Alibei and Roger de Flor, among others.
