HR Plan in MArch Advanced in Architecture, Design and Business Administration

As part of the MArch Advanced Master’s Program in Architecture, Design, and Business Administration, a new session was held focusing on one of the key pillars in the management of an architecture or design studio: the Human Resources Plan.
The session was led by Ana de Pablo, a graduate in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and currently the Financial Manager and Head of Human Resources at Fran Silvestre Arquitectos. Her experience ranges from the banking sector to the economic and organizational management of one of the most renowned architecture studios on the international scene.
During the class, students had the opportunity to explore key aspects related to the organizational structure of a studio, team planning, the definition of professional profiles, and the importance of strategic talent management. Through real-world examples, Ana de Pablo provided a clear and up-to-date perspective on the challenges and opportunities involved in human resources management within the context of contemporary architecture and design.
With her practical approach and solid professional background, her participation in the MArch Advanced program brings added value to the training of the future leaders of the industry.
