Casa Decor Awards recognize the professional career of Francesc Rifé



On May 21, the Casa Decor awards ceremony took place at the Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel in Madrid, this being its twelfth edition. The Casa Decor awards are given in the framework of Casa Decor, the prestigious exhibition of interior design, design, trends and lifestyle held annually in Madrid, Spain.

This event, which has been held since 1992, brings together leading professionals in design, architecture and decoration, who present their proposals in an iconic building in the city, which changes every year. They are awarded in several categories and are intended to highlight the creativity, innovation and quality of the projects presented by the participants.

The XII Edition of the Casa Decor Awards celebrates talent in four categories: Best Project, Best Original Design, Best Product Design and Most Voted Space by the Public. In addition, two outstanding awards have been granted: the Extraordinary Award and the Honorary Award for Professional Career.

It has been in this last category where the famous and award-winning designer and MArch speaker Francesc Rifé has been awarded, a recognition that wants to echo a long and excellent career that has led him to receive numerous commissions which have been and are recognized and studied as examples of good design. With a studio founded in Barcelona in 1994, he participated for the first time in the framework of Casa Decor in 1996 with a loft with a mezzanine, a project of refined lines and sophisticated tones that earned him critical acclaim. Since then, he has continued to participate in successive editions, until the current one, where his exemplary work has been recognized.
