Formerly the headquarters of the old telephone company located in Valencia’s Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the building presented significant heritage protection, logistical challenges, and tight deadlines. In this context, Alario led the construction management with advanced methods and outstanding coordination of diverse teams, which the jury praised as an “example of rigorous, efficient, and technically impeccable execution.”
