Award-winning designer and MArch lecturer José Manuel Ferrero, head of Estudi{H}ac, continues to play an active role each year at Feria Hábitat Valencia, the most important product design fair in the Valencian region.

In the 2025 edition, Estudi{H}ac presented HALO, a revolutionary proposal in the field of outdoor heating. Designed for the brand BUTSIR, HALO transforms portable heating systems into sculptural, elegant pieces. Its modular structure and refined design allow it to adapt seamlessly to both domestic environments and high-end contract projects. With a linear and symmetrical burner, HALO produces a continuous, visually striking flame—elevating the concept of outdoor comfort to new heights.

The studio also unveiled Cuff, a soft seating piece designed for Actiu. Inspired by the cuff of a shirt, Cuff stands out for its handcrafted design, rounded shapes, and ergonomic details that add character and comfort. This piece strengthens Actiu’s comfort programs for hybrid spaces, humanizing and making work and contract environments more flexible. Alongside Cuff, Estudi{H}ac introduced Folia, a side table designed to complement the soft seating collection. With a light and versatile design, Folia adapts to different configurations and needs, offering functionality and style in collaborative spaces. Both pieces embody Actiu’s philosophy of creating “Life Friendly Spaces”, where design and comfort merge to enhance the user experience.

Estudi{H}ac was also responsible for designing the nude’25 space at the fair—an area dedicated to emerging design talent. Under the creative direction of José Manuel Ferrero, the space was conceived as an athletics track, symbolizing the energy and dynamism of the new generation of designers. This concept transformed the pavilion into a stimulating and vibrant environment, offering visitors an immersive experience that reflects the innovative spirit of emerging design.

In addition to its creative work, Estudi{H}ac collaborated with Finsa in providing materials for the nude salon. This partnership enabled young designers to work with high-quality resources for their projects, fostering innovation and creativity in interior design. The participation of Estudi{H}ac in this initiative highlights its commitment to supporting the next generation of designers and its contribution to the advancement of contemporary design.
