Sevak Asatrián, who led the Graphic Composition session, introduced graphic design to the students from a perspective closely linked to architectural and visual work.

The class, combining theory and practice, served as an introduction to the fundamentals of editorial and digital design, focused on creating coherent and expressive visual pieces.

Throughout the session, essential topics such as page organization, grid use, content hierarchy, and typographic selection were addressed. These elements, fundamental to any visual communication process, were approached from a technical and functional perspective, highlighting their influence on the clarity and readability of a graphic project.

Students were able to apply these concepts using Adobe InDesign, developing compositions that balanced text and image. The practical approach allowed each student to experiment with different visual structures while reflecting on the intention and message of their graphic proposals. The digital environment thus became a natural extension of their creative process.

In addition, works by renowned designers such as Ibán Ramón and David Cercós were analyzed, serving as references to understand how design principles are applied in real contexts. These examples illustrated the effectiveness of strong composition and the importance of detail, offering students a professional insight into the level of precision required in any well-resolved visual piece.
