In recent weeks, the students of the MArch Advanced Master’s Degree in Architecture, Design and Business Administration have traveled to Korea.

As part of the Travel and Workshops module that makes up the MArch Advanced Master’s program in Architecture, Design and Business Administration, we traveled to South Korea where we toured the country from north to south. We started in Seoul and its surroundings, where we had the opportunity to visit the Mimesis Museum and the Anyand Pavilion by Álvaro Siza, the Amore Pacific Headquarters by David Chipperfield or the SAN Museum by Tadao Ando; We continued to Daegu, where we visited Saya Park and the Álvaro Siza buildings that make it up, and flew to Jeju Island, where we were able to access the Bonte Museum and the Yumin Art Museum, both by Tadao Ando. In addition, we visit notable buildings of traditional Korean architecture, such as the Haeinsa or the Gyeongbokgung Palace, as well as seeing emblematic places in Seoul such as the Apugjeong or Gangnam districts.
