Compared to traditional methods, this new way of designing and building proposes a systematized architecture, where design and technology are integrated from the outset to achieve more predictable and sustainable results.

The global market is strongly embracing this type of architecture. Major developers, architecture studios, and construction companies are investing in industrialized processes because of their ability to scale projects efficiently, better comply with environmental regulations, and respond more accurately to the housing needs of the 21st century. This paradigm shift is not only technical but also strategic: those leading the development of industrialized solutions will hold a key position in the future of the sector.

In this context, governments and institutions are also recognizing the potential of this construction evolution. A clear example is the recent approval by the Spanish Government of the development of the “City of Industrialization” in Valencia, an emblematic project that reinforces the European Union’s commitment to more efficient, digitized, and environmentally friendly construction models. In response to this emerging demand, MArch offers a postgraduate program in Industrialized Architecture, designed to train professionals capable of leading this transformation. Throughout the course, students acquire technical, strategic, and project-based knowledge related to industrialized construction systems, working with sector experts and in collaboration with leading companies.
