Architectural Visualization Workshop

This workshop is part of module 04_Digital Innovation and aims to introduce students to the professional use of tools such as 3DS Max and V-Ray, which are fundamental in the process of generating hyper-realistic images at Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio.

During the sessions, the instructors present the studio’s working methodology, focused on creating high-quality renders for architecture and product design. Technical aspects are explored in depth, such as modeling, camera and lighting setup, material and texture management, as well as post-production techniques. Strategies are also shared to optimize rendering times without compromising quality, allowing students to streamline their workflow and achieve more impactful and precise results.

One of the most distinctive features of the workshop is its practical approach. Through real-time exercises, students directly apply the concepts learned to their own projects, receiving immediate feedback from the FSA LAB team. This personalized guidance strengthens the acquisition of technical skills while fostering a deeper understanding of the architectural visualization process.

The collaboration with FSA LAB represents a unique educational opportunity within the MArch program, offering participants a contemporary and professional insight into current visualization trends. Moreover, it equips them with key tools to implement this knowledge in the development of their own proposals, achieving a high level of detail, aesthetics, and visual communication.
