He presented concrete examples from his extensive professional experience, showing how he overcomes obstacles during construction and how his ability to make quick and effective decisions ensures the continuity and success of a project. These real-life cases help students better understand how a technical architect must manage unforeseen situations and oversee the different phases of a construction process, addressing challenges with creativity, precision and a solution-oriented approach.

In addition to problem-solving, Enrique Alario offered a detailed overview of the organisation and coordination of the various stages of a project. He explained how scheduling, resource management and communication with the different agents involved in the project are carried out, from contractors and suppliers to other professionals in the field.
