Eduardo Souto de Moura, who was awarded the Pritzker Prize in 2011, has completed his first residential project in Lisbon. Although he had previously executed other works in the Portuguese capital, this is the first in this area, which, as a starting point, is already a milestone.

The project has been baptized The One and is a highly ambitious building, as it has an intrinsically urban vocation and relies on environmental sustainability, with areas that balance privacy and community life, including large facades and a corner layout, achieving a balance between urban aesthetics and residential functionality. The synergy between architecture, urbanism and transportation is what distinguishes this development, driven by the singular vision of architect Eduardo Souto de Moura. To realize this project, he has set a new standard of quality in Lisbon’s residential offerings, providing an ideal option for those who wish to live in the capital in a high-quality residential environment with generous balconies.

Strategic location, architectural excellence, unique design, abundant natural lighting and meticulous attention to detail are the elements that make this project stand out. Located in the heart of Lisbon, it offers access to numerous parks, cultural spaces and educational centers, in addition to being well connected to the public transport network, facilitating access to the most iconic places in the city.
